Budget Lodge Hotel Battles Closure

The owner of a hotel in a high crime area of north Austin is responding to claims that the building has become a haven for illegal activity.

The Budget Lodge Hotel near I-35 and Rundberg Lane could be shut down for a year if city and county officials have their way.
