The Gourds Host New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball
The Masquerade Ball is back, brought to you by Austin’s own roots music masters, The Gourds. They’ll have new songs for a new year, but won’t leave out the old songs for old habits, of course.
Dress up in your best masks and costume finery and head out to the Waterford House this Wednesday night at 9 p.m., where you’ll find the grand ballroom. The house is located at 2008 Brandt Rd. in South Austin, and proceeds from this event will benefit the Capital Area Food Bank.
According to information at the Gourds website, tickets are $32 in advance and $40 at the door.
