We’ve been preaching the gospel of The Lovely Sparrows for awhile now. Our rock n’ roll liaison, Laurie Gallardo, interviewed lead sparrow, Shawn Jones. And Austinist music writer Paige Maguire reviewed the new album, Bury the Cynics. The Lovely Sparrows played at The Mohawk a few weeks ago for a celebration of local music.
