Leatherbag at the Mohawk

December 10, 2008 10:54 am by: Peter Babb

Leatherbag a.k.a Randy Reynolds came to Austin a few years ago when Hurricane Rita threatened his home in Houston. But unlike other evacuees, Reynolds didn’t go home after the storm passed. He stayed in Austin and started playing wherever he could find a gig. His talent as a songwriter and engaging performer landed him in the recording studio where he put out one of this year’s top Smart Rock albums, Love and Harm. Here are a couple of songs from Leatherbag’s performance at the Mohawk a few weeks ago.
