Bandleader, guitarist, vocalist and accomplished producer Ray Benson formed Asleep at the Wheel in the early ‘70s. Earning 9 Grammy Awards and releasing over 20 albums with a rotating line-up of over 90 musicians over three-plus decades, Benson recently helped form multiple, local charities as a board member for HAAM, the SIMS Foundation and the Rhythm and Blues Foundation.
