True to their geographic orientation, The Iguanas of New Orleans play a brand of roots-rock relying heavily on Cajun, blues, and conjunto grooves. Since the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, the band camped out in Austin for awhile, honing their R&B and Caribbean gumbo for this year’s If You Should Ever Fall on Hard Times.
