El Tule Plays Today at Central Market on North Lamar

November 14, 2008 6:00 am by: Laurie Gallardo

Lots of people find it tough to resist a good salsa beat. El Tule knows this. Everywhere they play, the floor gets jam-packed.

For four years, El Tule has entertained audiences with Latin infusions of Afro-Cuban, salsa, and cumbia styles, combined with jazz, reggae and rock rhythms. They appreciate the positive influence that music can have. On top of that, they know how to run with some really great legends of Latin culture…like the Chupacabra. Yes, the goat sucker has been immortalized with an El Tule song that’s quite popular with their fans.

Get your dancing shoes on and head out to an early show by El Tule today at 6:30 p.m. at Central Market, 4001 N. Lamar in Central Park. Admission is free.
