White Ghost Shivers: “The Ghost Song”

October 31, 2008 5:00 am by: Andrew Uhler

What with this being All Hallows’ Eve, we couldn’t help but bring you some ghoulish delight from local 7-piece, White Ghost Shivers.

The band got their start seven years ago and have refined their sound into a mix of vaudeville, ragtime and early jazz that is always interesting…and a bit scary.

This tune, called “The Ghost Song,” tells the tale of someone who performed an unthinkable deed. The story along with the mix of clarinet and quavery vocals makes this tune perfect for a Halloween soundtrack.
