Prayer For Animals Plays Tonight at Hole In the Wall

October 9, 2008 9:16 am by: Laurie Gallardo

Austin (and, technically, San Marcos) quintet Prayer For Animals have a way of mesmerizing the listener with a darker shade of garage psych interwoven with some surf-sounding guitar. They’re also known to drive their energy toward a more bluesy, steel pedal vibe.

Check them out when they perform tonight at the Hole In the Wall, 2538 Guadalupe at Dean Keeton. The show includes sets by San Marcos prog rock experimentalists Falcon Buddies and The Chemicals Are A Go. Get there at around 10 p.m.
