Damien Jurado: “Gillian Was a Horse”
Damien Jurado is an indie-singer-songwriter from the Pacific Northwest. He gained a pretty substantial local following in the late ’90s and ended up signing to the famous Seattle indie label, Sub Pop. He’s now on the Secretly Canadian record label – and he’s just released a new album, called Caught in the Trees, which just came out last week.
This is a tune from that new album – it’s called “Gillian Was a Horse.”
