Trey Brown at Thunderbird Coffee Tonight
Trey Brown has been writing and performing in Austin since 2006, inspired by all manner of Americana and Appalachian folk, but putting a modern spin on his influences. It’s country meets modern attitude, tradition and twang combined with R&B beats and a 21st century perspective. In March 2008, he released his debut album, Smoke a’Risin’, and was also chosen to perform at the 2008 Kerrville Folk Festival.
Brown has a solo performance this evening at Thunderbird Coffee, 1404 Koenig Ln. The show starts at 8 p.m.
