Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead is currently running at Hyde Park Theatre. It’s a dark comedy that, despite its familiar characters, has no official connection to the works of Charles Schultz. Also, unlike the comic strip that inspired it, Dog Sees God is full of the kind of language you’ll find in an American high school, so it’s really not for kids.

Where: Hyde Park Theatre, 511 West 43rd Street.

When: May 15 – June 14, Thursday – Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
