“Shoulders and Arms,” from Tokyo Police Club. Dave Monks, the lead singer and songwriter from the band, dropped by KUT’s studios during SXSW last week to record this tune. “Shoulders and Arms” appears a 2006 Tokyo Police Club EP called A Lesson In Crime.
