Fionn Regan Live From 1A – September 19, 2007

September 19, 2007 3:45 pm by: Jay Trachtenberg

While weaving highly literate folk songs that force the listener to apply each written philosophical morsel to their own lives, Ireland’s Fionn Regan currently dodges criticism labeling him as the “new Dylan.” Recently, he was nominated for the Nationwide Mercury Music Prize. Regan recorded his debut The End of History in an abandoned barn for a live, natural sound. In case you missed his appearance at this year’s Austin City Limits Music Festival, catch him live in Studio 1A recorded September 19, 2007.
