Austin power-popsters Cotton Mather turned local heads and made a big splash with their debut release in 1994. Following a over a decade of fine tuning his songwriting skills, local frontman Robert Harrison now leads his psychedelic art-pop ensemble Future Clouds and Radar and introduces intricate, densely composed rock pieces on the group’s new self-titled recording.
