This month, Refraction Arts will present the third annual Fusebox Festival. It’s a three weeks of happenings, performances, happy hours, and art taking place all over Austin. One of the featured presentations during the Festival will be I/O, a hybrid work including physical theatre and sound installation. I/O is created by Joe Diebes and Phil Soltanoff.
