As part of our SXSW 2007 Music Festival celebration, Jay welcomed The Soul of John Black to Studio 1A on March 14.

The Soul of John Black is John “JB” Bigham, former percussionist for Miles Davis and guitarist/keyboardist for Fishbone. His second and latest release The Good Girl Blues has a modern sound, but retains charming elements of retro-blues, soul, and R&B.
