Pierre Aderne

As part of our SXSW 2007 Music Festival celebration, Michael welcomed Forro in the Dark to Studio 1A on March 15.

Born in Toulouse, France, Pierre Aderne was raised in Brazil. As a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and poet, Aderne’s many musical partners include Seu Jorge, Gabriel Moura, Paulinho Moska, Rodrigo Maranhao, Dadi, and others. Aderne’s debut recording Casa de Praia received excellent reviews following abundant airplay on radio stations in Rio de Janeiro.
