Benjy Feree Live From Studio 1A

As part of our SXSW 2007 Music Festival celebration, Jay welcomed Benjy Ferree to Studio 1A on March 14.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Benjy Ferree moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. When his silver screen dreams didn’t come to fruition, he moved back to D.C., and years later decided to record an album. He’s found his niche, and his debut CD is a mix of hooky, Brit-pop inspired melodies and a laid-back rootsy sound.
