M Ward

September 26, 2006 1:00 pm by: Kory Cook

Portland Oregon’s M Ward began sketching songs rooted in the classic American country-folk tradition in the 90s, but it wasn’t until 2000 when some of his material was finally released. Five official recordings later, Ward’s Post-War is clearly his current masterpiece and is destined for many a music critics’ top-ten lists for the year with its earnest yet beautifully apathetic approach. M Ward performed in KUT Studio 1A with guest host Kory Cook.
