Carrie Rodriguez
Singer/songwriter and fiddle player Carrie Rodriguez was raised in Austin and made her recording debut in 2002 alongside country-folk songwriter Chip Taylor, who first heard her at the 2001 South by Southwest Music Festival. After touring with Chip for a few years, Carrie is now on her own with the debut album Seven Angels on a Bicycle released last month. Carrie Rodriguez visited John in Studio 1A before her show at the Cactus Cafe.
