The Moaners

From a long tour of the desert states and beyond, duo-female blues-punkers The Moaners visit Austin for the last show of their garage-rockin’ odyssey. They’re from Chapel Hill, NC, where Southern Culture on the Skids guitarist Rick Miller produced the group’s first album Dark Snack, released in early 2005. The Moaners wailed live in Studio 1A Monday at 2pm on Music with Jay Trachtenberg.
