Refugee All Stars

The extraordinary story of the Refugee All Stars presented in a recent documentary named after the group. The six Sierra Leoneans came together to form a band while living as refugees in the Republic of Guinea. Their album Living Like a Refugee was recorded between 2002 and 2005 and consists of astounding field recordings from the camps along with full band versions of songs recorded at Island Studio in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
